Dangers of Radon Gas
Radon is a silent killer. It is widely reported by the EPA, the Surgeon General and scientist all over the world that it can be extremely harmful to your health. In fact, it is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer worldwide. If you are a smoking AND experience prolonged exposure to highly concentrated levels of radon it is strongly suggested you see a physician.

The particles then begin to release bursts of energy through their radioactive decay, which can damage lung tissue. Will everyone who is exposed to radon develop lung caner? No, of course not. But given the serious nature of the risk and your ability to reduce your exposure, why play games with your health?
